Alpharetta home combines antique charm with modern design
“The homeowners’ goals were to play up the character of the home, like the original crown molding that edges the living areas, but open up the closed floor plan for entertaining and dining. It’s one of the reasons why Godfrey describes the current space as a charming “mixture of old and new.”

Airy Modern Tile Bathroom
“Designer Jessica Murphy of Hammer + Harmony completely renovated the dated fixtures and dark tones in this bathroom, creating a light, airy space with updated features, colors and tiles. Ceramic tile made to look like wood works together with the standalone tub and walls painted in Sherwin-Williams Fleur de Sel to create a contemporary modern look. The centerpiece splurge is the chic Kardiel standalone tub, which Murphy says gives the room a luxury feel.”

Atlanta loft gets a Southwest look
“When Kaitlin Ponce moved into Arizona Loft Condominiums in 2018 she felt that the urban design called her to create a more industrial look for herself. Combining Southwest vibes with feminine touches, she created a look that fits the space and her personality. Part of what she did to create that style was elevate the art in her home by having it professionally framed.”
