Hammer + Harmony has had the pleasure in working with Kim, owner and visionary behind A.C. Studios Cafe. Alpharetta Creative Studios & Cafe is for both the serious artist and novice. Current Commercial Projects
Brookwood Condominiums
The Brookwood is a beautiful high-rise condominium located between Midtown and Buckhead, near the entrance to historic Brookwood Hills, built in 2009. Hammer + Harmony are currently renovating the fitness center to this landmark in Atlanta, and will have photos of the complete project very soon.
Metropolis Atlanta
Built in 2002, Metropolis is one of Midtown Atlanta’s first modern high rise residential buildings, and we’re honored to offer renovations to such a historic landmark to the Atlanta Midtown area. We’re currently renovating a two bedroom, two bathroom condominium, and will have more information coming soon.
Ansley Terrace
Built in 1989 as apartments and eventually converted to condominiums in 1998, the Ansley Terrace offers amenities with style and comfort that’d you’d normally see in a busy downtown, but without the traffic and hassle. Hammer + Harmony is currently renovating a two bathroom, two bedroom condominium within the Ansley Terrace and will have more information to show on this exciting renovation soon.
